It was a huge undertaking, not just because of the amount of playing surfaces which needed to be lit, but also because of the need to keep light pollution to an absolute minimum.

The Challenger® floodlights were perfect for the job and ultimately used to provide light for the 15,000-seat Keepmoat stadium, two external full-size football pitches, a six-lane running track and 8 MUGA pitches.
