Case study - St Andrews driving range - Berm system

To obtain planning permission in a sensitive area, a BERM solution was proposed by Abacus. The BERM system provides multiple lighting points along the full length of the range which deliver the necessary vertical lighting levels needed to allow the golfers to view the ball in the air.

The combination of beam floodlight beam types ensures a good balance between vertical and horizontal levels on the ground.
