Abacus design and manufacture a complete range of masts with an integral or externally mounted winch.

Alongside the base hinged and telescopic masts, lowering headframe masts are designed with headframes to suit specific project requirements.

THE LOWERING HEADFRAME MAST RANGE: 16M TO 50M

Abacus are able to design, manufacture and deliver a comprehensive selection of masts to suit all needs. Sports, industrial, airports, retail; our engineers will tailor our product best to meet your needs.

Masts are designed in accordance with ILE Technical Report No. 7, taking into account local governing wind loadings. The masts are finished hot dip galvanised to EN1461:1999.

Single or double drum winch systems are built into the base for easy access to lower the headframe. Alternatively, for sites with larger quantities of masts, an independent motorised winch.
