The Club telescopic range is perfect for medium-sized sports, recreational
or commercial facilities where full-height permanent masts aren’t
feasible or necessary. Incorporating innovative, user-friendly engineering solutions, our range is as flexible as it is practical - with masts that more than double in height from their retracted position. They also lower to ground level from the base.
The Club range (up to 20m)
Easy Operation
Masts can be raised and lowered either remotely (from the club house, for example) or individually from the base of each mast. The range has a load capacity of up to five Challenger® 1 floodlights, either with a 1kW or 2kW lamp. The masts are delivered fully assembled, with integrated electrical and mechanical equipment ready for fast on-site installation. Engineered to the highest standards, all Club masts feature a proxy sensor height-management system and fully adjustable Nyoil self-lubricating bearing pads - technologies that monitor and control height, alignment and internal workings.
Maintenance Friendly
Another unique feature of the Club range is Abacus’ tried-and-tested
base-hinged mechanism, which enables engineers to lower masts quickly and safely to ground level for maintenance (using an RLH5 counterbalance unit).

Technical data for columns & masts
The performance data for columns and masts gives their basic technical attributes only. The technical performance of a column or mast will be affected by local site conditions (terrain type, distance to sea, site altitude, windspeed) and the headload being carried.
Please
Contact the Abacus Technical team to confirm the suitability of a column or mast for your application.
