Case study - Abacus light the way for FC Slovan Liberec

The clubs success in the UEFA Cup has expedited FC Slovan Liberec plans for upgrading their lighting system. Originally the plan was to hold the second round play off at a major stadium in Prague, however thanks to the involvement of Abacus Lighting, hosting the match at their home ground has become a reality.

The client confirmed the order with Abacus at the end of September. With an installation deadline of November 7th, for the match to be played on November 9th, Abacus pulled out all the stops to achieve the tight timeframes the project required. Abacus designed and manufactured the four 36m masts in record time, halving the standard lead time in order to meet the despatch dates.
