Lighting is provided from the Challenger® 1 2kW floodlight with innovative 60 degree optics ensuring minimum upward light class leading uniformity and vertical light. This allows players to follow the ball more clearly along the fairway from the tees.

The slim mast structures are the world renowned base hinged 15m masts, allowing simple ground level maintenance. No unnecessary climbing of masts or vehicles needed on the course to lift maintenance personnel up to the floodlights.

Abacus first developed and patented its base hinged mast system back in the 1960’s; since then further developments and innovations have provided customers worldwide with fast installation and low maintenance systems up to 45m in height.
